4. Token Usage
Tokens are counted per interaction with ChatGPT. Limits reset each billing period and unused tokens do not roll over. Exceeding the limit pauses access until renewal or upgrade.
5. Account & Eligibility
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Accurate registration information required
- You are responsible for your login credentials
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable
6. Local Encryption Disclaimer
Sensitive words are encrypted on your device before being sent to ChatGPT. RetibAI Security does not store unencrypted sensitive data.
We are not liable for:
- Browser/device issues affecting encryption
- Disclosures outside our interface
7. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with the software
- Overload, disrupt, or impair the Service
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
By starting the service immediately after purchase, you agree to waive this right once full access is granted.
9. Billing & Cancellation
- Payments are processed via a secure third-party provider
- Plans auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle
- Cancel anytime via your account dashboard
- No refunds for unused tokens or partial periods, unless required by law
10. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR / UK GDPR)
We process only the data necessary to operate the Service.
Sensitive content is encrypted locally and never transmitted in plain form.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Liège, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer laws grant you rights in your country of residence.
